After quite a stressful start to the 2008 season where we wondered if we were going to run at all we did get a full tree run, a huge well done to Spencer, Andy and Mick for their victories and a special mention to Russ Weir for making the final in his first event.

Once again sadly no Pro or Alternate Engine at Shakespeare County Raceway for the open sports nationals, but the closeness of the racing in Sportsman made up for it!

In case you're wondering how Simon Bailey and Paul Braithwaite scored 10, it's because they scrutineered the car but failed to post a qualifying time.

Sadly we got rain at Shakespeare County Raceway so there's no points for eliminations :(

I think the breakages at Big Bang took their toll too as we had so many withdraw from VW Pro and VW Alternate Engine that neither class had the required entries to run :( Good on Matt Attwood for coming to race Sportsman though :)
